I’m happy to announce the acquisition of Digital Balance by Spinach – a leading independent integrated agency, located here in Australia.
Digital Balance’s previous owner Ebiquity sold the business as part of a strategy to homogenise and productise their offering.
Spinach was founded 23 years ago and has capabilities across advertising, creative, strategic planning, and media buying.
Spinach is a great fit for our business. We share similar values around independence, honesty and being technology agnostic.
Since 2011, Digital Balance has helped businesses unlock the value of their data and drive deeper customer engagement and business growth.
The acquisition won’t change this positioning – we will continue to operate autonomously and collaborate with Spinach when it serves the best interests of individual clients.
We’re looking forward to expanding our existing service offering, particularly in the CX optimisation and experimentation space, by utilising Spinach’s cross-platform UI/UX design, copywriting, and qualitative and quantitative research capability.
This partnership means we can continue to grow and offer more independent and truly agnostic services.
As the MarTech landscape complexity increases and budgets across APAC tighten, companies increasingly need the independent specialist advisory services Digital Balance offers.
For our valued clients and partners, it’s business as usual. In fact, our most noticeable change has already happened with our Melbourne office relocating to the Spinach campus in South Melbourne.
If you have any questions, or want to find out how our expanded service offerings can help you, I am always happy to jump on a call.
