A combination of left and right brain thinkers, each of us contributes to the digital balance machine. We like it when we find people that think like us so you can imagine our excitement when the opportunity came along to include Harini Bharadwaj as part of our team.
As our new Client Relationship Manager based in Sydney, Harini will be taking care of our clients on the east coast of Australia and developing new client relationships as we continue to grow.
With 17 years experience Harini is well versed in the technical side of the internet, understanding data strategy, analytics and optimisation as well as how to analyse trends and patterns in website data. As one of the first Adobe Omniture employees in Australia and New Zealand she has extensive experience with Site Catalyst and their wider Digital Marketing Suite of tools. She balances this with her open and approachable nature making her a natural relationship manager.
Top-quality client service
Adopting the motto of ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ Harini takes a consultative approach to her role, viewing each company and every industry as a unique entity.
“Harini is a seasoned account manager with a deep knowledge of the
Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud and how it’s applied to the challenges of today’s digital landscape. She builds successful partnerships with her Customers based on her knowledge, trust and a thorough understanding of their needs.”Andrew Egan, Lithium Technologies
(formerly Adobe Omniture)
Personal service and long-standing client relationships are very important to us at db and it is often where companies can fall short. As digital balance’s primary contact for Adobe service and support, Harini will be providing our clients based on the east coast with a personal face to connect with and on-site support when needed.
We’re feeling very lucky to have found someone that fits so well with our way of thinking and look forward to having you meet her too.
