With a background in stockbroking and using analytics tools for market forecasting through to the beginnings of analysing online user behaviour, data has always played a large role in Tim’s career. An avid fly fisherman with a green thumb, despite his love for technology, Andre would never pass up a date with mother nature.
Marty is responsible for managing our day-to-day tasks and ensuring that all staff members are utilised, as well as conducting DB’s internal processes and procedures to ensure that the ship stays smooth-sailing all year round. Previously, Marty developed his expertise in a GIS analyst role, where he learned the importance of data governance and utilizing standardized project delivery procedures and tools. Driven by his significant organization skills, Marty will be providing Digital Balance with direction and implementation processes whilst drawing on his knowledge of the complexities of big data. And in case you were wondering, Marty really does rock!
Matt is a technically minded individual who specialises in delivering analytics, optimisation and data management platforms. Driven by the day to day changes in digital, Matt shows a unique passion towards helping clients understand how to better use their digital stack. Although Matt keeps up to date with most digital trends, he refuses to be brainwashed by the social craze we call Facebook - Call him “Old Fashioned,” or better yet, you can just buy him one at the pub.

A Farm-boy from country Victoria, with a strong customer focus and a background in banking and finance, Will built his career in digital from the ground up. Nick is an Adobe Analytics specialist, who has over 7 years’ experience using the Adobe platform. He provides organisations with invaluable data and analysis, data visualisation, while leveraging Adobe Analytics best practice solution. Nick is an expert across the entire Adobe Suite, from implementation, campaign tracking, tag management, Report Builder, Ad hoc Analysis, Target for optimisations and is one of few people in Australia certified in Adobe Workbench.
Emily assists with client accounts and specialises in AdWords management, managing accounts with a test and optimise mentality. She’s a creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, all while running a tight ship at the office.
